Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Ottawa and the surrounding Western regions, including Carp, Carleton Place, Arnprior, and West Carleton. If you're within a 1–2 hour radius of Ottawa, there's a good chance we’ve got you covered! Please note we currently do not deliver east of Orleans or in Quebec.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup at this time. We’ve built our service around convenience, with no storefront and no pickups. All of our products are delivered directly to your home or job site, saving you time and effort.

How do I pay?

We offer several easy payment options to keep things simple. You can pay securely online using a credit card, Interac e-Transfer, or mobile payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Please note: All orders must be paid in advance. We do not accept cash on the day of delivery.

How much material do I need?

That depends on your project size and the type of material you're ordering. As a general guide, 1 yard of material covers about 100 sq ft at 3 inches deep. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out! We’re happy to help you calculate how much you need based on your space.

What are your delivery fees?

Our standard delivery fee is $100 for the first 20 km from our warehouse. Beyond 20 km, we charge $10 for every additional 8 km. Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address, and you’ll be able to select a delivery time slot.
