Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is approved and scheduled for delivery.
2. Delivery Area & Timeframe

Coverage Radius: We offer local delivery from our main location in Carp. Delivery is free within 20 km. Beyond that, fees start at $40 for the 20–28 km zone and increase by $10 for each additional 8 km. Your delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on your distance from Carp. This ensures fair, transparent pricing for all delivery zones.

Delivery Window:
- Same-Day: Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) local time, Monday–Friday, qualify for same-day delivery.
- Next-Day: All other orders will be delivered on the next business day.
- Non-Business Days: We do not deliver on weekends or statutory holidays; orders received on those days will be scheduled for the next business day.
3. Delivery Fees
- Base Delivery Fee: A flat delivery fee of $100 is already included in the product price; no additional base charge will appear at checkout.
- Distance based additional fees: For deliveries beyond 20 km, an additional fee starts at $40 for the 20–28 km zone and increases by $10 for each additional 8 km, automatically calculated at checkout based on the address entered.
4. Taxes
- Applicable Taxes: Provincial (PST/HST) and federal (GST) taxes are applied in accordance with Canadian tax laws.
- Taxes are calculated based on your delivery address and will be shown clearly in your cart and on your invoice before you complete checkout.
5. Checkout & Payment
- Delivery charges (distance surcharges only) are calculated and shown in your checkout page before you complete checkout.
- We accept all major credit cards and Shopify Payments. No additional handling fees apply.
